“River Conservation and Cleanliness Drive”

NSS Department of Kaveri College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Pune in association with Pune Municipal Corporation Survey 2022 executed a Riverside Cleaning Campaign with the humble co-operation of  Pune Municipal Corporation Kasba Vishrambaug Div. No-15. The NSS Volunteers from Kaveri College with help of other workers successfully executed the cleanliness drive from Bhide Pul to Lakadi Pul and bank of river at Panchaleshwar Visarjan Ghat area under “River Conservation and Cleanliness Drive”. The volunteers expressed to be doing this with a motive and feeling of belongingness by claiming  “My River, My Responsibility”. NSS PO Prof. Nilesh Nemade, Prof. Dr. Anand Buddhikot and all the student volunteers of Kaveri College were present for this activity.

This initiative by NSS Department was executed with support and help of municipal and administrative people Mr. Mahaddalkar- Assistant Commissioner Pune Municipal Corporation, Mr. Mohite-Senior Health Inspector, Mr. Thopte, Mr. Aadik Sayyed, Mr. Sudam Sawant, Mr. Dattatray Badambe, etc. Principal Dr. Ashok Agrawal and Vice Principal Dr. Muckta Karmarkar motivated and guided the students for this noble activity.
