On 4th July, 2015 the Alumni Association of Kaveri college of Arts, Science and Commerce, felicitated the teachers who are awarded with ‘Doctorate of Philosophy’ (Ph. D) degree recently. 
Mr. Charles Valentine, Secretary of the Alumni Association gave welcome speech on this occasion. Dr. S. B. Kharosekar, Principal, Mrs. Suchismita Mohanty, Vice-Principal, the three satkar murti Dr. Mr. Anil Kamlapure, Dr. Mrs. Muckta Karmarkar, Dr. Mrs. Jayashri Bangali, Staff members and the general body members of the Alumni Association were present on this occasion.

Principal Dr. Kharosekar, in his address said that it is for the first time in his professional career he is witnessing students felicitating their teachers. He appraised the teachers for their achievement and he also appreciated the initiative taken by Alumni Association of the college. Felicitation was done at the hands of Principal. The teachers who were felicitated shared their experiences and said don’t do research for the sake of monetary gain but do it with passion. Without hardships and dedication it is not possible, they further added.
Ms. Shailshree Bhandari, President, Alumni Association proposed the vote of thanks.
