Inter College Paper Presentation Competition held at Kaveri College of Arts, Science and Commerce

Kaveri College of Arts, Science and Commerce conducted 7^th Inter-collegiate paper presentation competition in Management on 8^th February 2016. The competition was inaugurated by Principal Dr. S. B. Kharosekar in the presence of Judges Dr. S. G. Bapat, renowned Ph.D. guide and Dr. Poornima Tapas, Professor, Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.  Mrs. Deepa Sathe Coordinator Bcom, Mrs. Shweta Bapat, Coordinator BBA, staff members, participants and students were present for the inauguration.

In his inaugural speech, Dr. S. B. Kharosekar said that such competitions enhance students’ subject knowledge, presentation skills, communication skills and leadership qualities. Topics for the presentation were ‘Start up India, Stand up India, Net Neutrality?, China Slowdown – A Threat to the world, Digital India, Pune City – Smart City, Ancient Indian Values and Business’. The students of various courses like BBA, BCA, BCom, BA, BE participated in the competition. Total 9 teams participated from renowned colleges namely Modern College, Symbiosis College, Indira College, MIT College, from Pune and Sandip Technical Institute from Nashik. Sumant Sen and Shaltiel Samudre from Kaveri College of Arts, Science and Commerce bagged first prize and Akash Das and Jaideep Singh Bagga from Symbiosis College of Arts and Commerce bagged the second prize.
