In order to cultivate good habits, he introduced the Time Management Matrix to the students. He explained stating that habits work in 3-step loop: cue, routine and reward. She explained each quadrant in very simple way and also responded to the queries of students with ease. She urged students to take a stock of ‘self-inventory’ by asking oneself a set of questions and find the answers. Further, she discussed with the participants about the basic causes of anger and how can they control their anger. She advocated to have a mood tracker in order to enhance the quality of understanding self and others.
