A Haemoglobin check up camp was organised by the Women’s
Forum in association with NSS unit of the college on 17 January 2020, for
female students as well as female employees, including teaching and
non-teaching staff of the college. The activity was conducted with the help of Poona
Serological Institute Blood Bank, Pune. Dr.
Ashok Agrawal, Principal, Dr. Muckta Karmarkar, Vice-Principal, and other
Faculty members were present for the same. The Haemoglobin level of 122 women
was checked and those found with haemoglobin less than normal were advised to
eat foods rich in iron and have a balanced diet.
